On the 14th of November, St Mary’s High School SSC boys experienced a great high. The staff had put up a wonderful programme including a prayer service, musical mime highlighting the importance of Swachh Bharat Abhiyaan initiated by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, and a medley of dance numbers.
The Chief Guest for the day was Mr Nagesh Nhavkar, Registrar of the Mumbai High Court. The Principal Rev. Fr. Baptist Pinto reiterated the importance of the Swachh Bharat Abhiyaan saying that the Education Department has sent a circular to ensure that all schools follow the country’s norms. After the short but meaningful programme, the kids were served yummy snacks followed by various games in the school grounds.
