The 41st East Bombay Scout group organized an exhilarating scout hike on Saturday, 27th July 2024. The journey commenced at 6:50 am, and the Scouters enjoyed a lively bus ride to their destination. Upon arrival, they were divided into various groups such as Eagle, Wolf, Cobra, and more. Altogether, five groups began their hike, enthusiastically taking in the scenic beauty around them.
As they climbed, their excitement was heightened by an unexpected rain shower, transforming the hike into an even more enjoyable adventure. After a 45-minute climb, the Scouters placed their bags in a nearby ‘Dharma Shala’ and headed towards the waterfalls. Their happiness knew no bounds upon seeing the breathtaking view, and they relished the refreshing cold showers of the waterfalls.
Following their invigorating experience at the waterfalls, they enjoyed a dry lunch and proceeded back to the base of the mountain, where their buses were parked. The team did an excellent job ensuring the safety and well-being of every student. With cherished memories, the Scouters returned safely to Mumbai.
