The class assembly of Std 3 A began with the National Anthem, pledge and a prayer service offered for the well-being of the girls and women around the world.
The theme “Strong Girl, Strong World” was enthusiastically presented through a skit. The skit conveyed a strong message that girls too can have the potential to play a key role in shaping up the society with their unique talents and thus contribute in the world affairs. It was followed by a dance performance where the boys were dressed up as various professionals having a woman professional as his inspiration.
The assembly concluded by a short speech on providing equal opportunities to girls in every field and follow gender justice.
Mst. Aaron Rodrigues was felicitated by the head teacher Sr. Treasa for winning the second place in Maharashtra state level ABACUS competition.
