The speaker Dr. K. V. Srinivasan has been working in Tata Institute of Fundamental Research, Mumbai,
(TIFR) for about 25 years and is currently the Scientist-in-charge of the Low Temperature Facility at TIFR.
This talk was focused on the a glimpse of various industrial applications of cryogenics in the areas of Engineering, Space,
Medical etc.
Various experiments of liquid nitrogen were demonstrated by the speaker. Students were given the opportunity to perform experiments too
It was a great learning session for both students and teachers.
