1. Attending Republic day celebration is compulsory and important for standard 7 / 8 / 9 / 10 students and parent.
2. We have free 6 private buses to take students to the venue and drop them. Return is not organised
3. We will leave St Mary’s School at 5 am on Tuesday, 26th Jan 2016.
4. All Parade students and cyclist will travel by bus and be picked up by bus at 11:30 am.
5. Cycles will be transported by tempo on both days.
6. We will end the parade by 9 am.
7. After the parade please visit all the defense stalls and have a look at the latest weapons on display.
8. The parade marchers will have breakfast at the Taj Lands end hotel after the parade.
9. Parent Volunteers who wish to actively help us organise students at the venue will meet at 10 amon Monday, 25th Jan in the school Hall. We will plan how to be of help to the students.

11. All parents must report at the venue Bandstand at 6 am. Please be on time as the road will be closed for any traffic after 6:15 am for security reasons.
