Teacher explained the students about 26th January is celebrated as Republic Day in all over India. On this day all the work places and organizations stay close as this day is a national occasion. Teacher also explained students why this Republic Day Celebration was short and simple due to pandemic situation. At last teacher presented powerpoint with more information about Republic Day and also activities were displayed like craft, drawing & work experience. In this way the entire virtual Republic Day celebration was done in class 2 A.

 

Students of Class 4A and 4B celebrated online Republic Day on 26th January 2021. This virtual Republic Day celebration started with the introduction and the question that why do we celebrate Republic Day. The class teacher also explained the difference between Republic day and Independence Day. The teachers also shared video of the Republic Day parade which used to happen every year in Delhi at Red Fort. Students drew a picture on Republic Day in their Drawing Book. Thus the Virtual Republic Day Celebration was ended by showing a patriotic dance video performed by a group of School students.

The entire programme was executed by Std 8 Students under the guidance and support of respective class teachers. Our budding Chefs prepared the tri coloured dishes. Dance performances were excellent. Art work of the creative artists was awesome. And our rhythmic musicians enlightened the programme with their talents. The Compere and Quiz Master held the event well. The presentations done by students were good. The entire program was well planned by the teachers. We teachers were the student’s mentors, guide and support. Hats off to our students for their wonderful job.
Our supervisor Tr Annette admired the presentation done by our students and appreciated them. Tr Shobha Salian also appreciated the presentation done by students.
