Activity on regional fruits and leafy vegetables
The activity was conducted for std 9
students on 2nd February 2022 from 8.30am to 9.10am.
The students were shown a ppt of local leafy vegetables and fruits with their botanical names and uses.Some fun facts about the fruits and vegetables were also shared.
The students enjoyed the presentation and also promised to include fruits and leafy vegetables in their daily diet.
An assignment was given to them to find the botanical names of apple,watemelon,chillies , mint leaves and banana.
