The Secondary Annual Day was held on 25th July 2014. The Chief Guests were Mr & Mrs Penikal, the parents of our school captain Master Vignesh Penikal. The Guests of Honour were Mr & Mrs Fernandes, the parents of our Asst School Captain Master Dwayne Fernandes.
We secured Cent Percent results at the recent SSC Board Exams. Of the 156 students who appeared, 110 students secured Distinctions……. and 16 students secured above 90%! Congratulations to Master Anas Mukadam who secured 95% at the Board exams!

This year two very special Staff members completed 25 glorious years at St Mary’s! The first is Mrs Celine Gonsalves, our experienced Marathi teacher. The second is Mrs Shobha Dalvi, our clerical accountant. Another special person we remember is our dear Mr Kevin Noronha who left us to become the Head Master of St Joseph’s school, Colaba.
We have a VERY ACTIVE Scout Unit in the City and they have been winning the Inter-School Scout Championship every year! Our young football champions won the first place in Mumbai after a gap of more than 10 years! CONGRATULATIONS! All credit goes to Anslem Sir, the Coaches and the Parents for their encouragement! Keep it up Boys!!
Teachers are the Pillars of the School. Mr Albert D’Sa completed 25 years of dedicated service to the school. Mrs Annette Henriques also completed 25 years of Committed and Loyal service to the school.
St Mary’s is indeed blessed with a Talented and Dedicated Staff. We are grateful to each one of them, for their contribution to the Institution! We at St Mary’s are Committed to the Good, All Round Education of your son. TOGETHER, we can keep GROWING….making things BETTER and the Future BRIGHTER!
Finally, we pray to Mother Mary the Patroness of our school, who has been with us through all the troubled times. We ask for her continued blessings on all of us at St Mary’s.
