Tuesday, 16th of August, the eve of Parsi New Year!
It was celebrated in the school in the form of an assembly put up by class 8B students. A beautiful chart was put up on the entrance of the school. Students highlighted the importance and nature of the Parsi New Year. The melodious Parsi song “Chahiye Hamein Zarthostri’ added the music and joy. And, like in the Parsi tradition, boys welcomed the Principal, Supervisor, teachers and students with rose water, rose petals, kumkum and a coconut. Here’s extending a warm NEW YEAR greeting to all the Parsi students and ex-students and families from St Mary’s family!
