St. Mary’s School (SSC), Mazagaon, organized a Book Exhibition on Friday, 12th September 2025, in the school premises as part of the Open Day programme. The exhibition was arranged with the objective of promoting reading habits among students and providing parents an opportunity to explore a wide range of educational resources.
The exhibition featured a rich collection of books catering to different age groups and interests. The stalls displayed storybooks, reference books, academic guides, general knowledge books, motivational literature, and children’s classics. Alongside, school essentials such as ties, socks, and other accessories were also made available.
Parents and students enthusiastically visited the exhibition after their Open Day meetings. Many of them showed keen interest in purchasing books that would benefit their children both academically and personally. The exhibition created an atmosphere of curiosity, joy, and learning, while also underlining the importance of reading in a student’s growth.
The Book Exhibition was a resounding success, thanks to the cooperation of parents, students, and teachers. It not only encouraged students to develop a love for books but also highlighted the school’s commitment to holistic education.
