Janmashtami is also called as “Shri Krishna Jayanti” which is celebrated as the birthday of Lord Krishna.
On this occasion, there was a small celebration where a student was dressed as Lord Krishna. A pot was tied in the KG hall. The students wore headbands and gathered around it to enjoy the music and dance. The students were enlightened about the importance of Janmashtami and birth of Lord Krishna with the help of an audio/video.
Janmashtami teaches us important values like kindness, truth, courage, and love. It is a joyful festival that brings families and communities together to remember Lord Krishna’s life and teachings.
