The students of Kindergarten celebrated India’s 77th Republic Day with immense joy and patriotic fervor. The objective was to introduce young learners to the significance of the national festival and the values of the Indian Constitution.
Event Highlights
Programme began: The celebration commenced at 9:00 AM followed by a solemn rendition of the National Anthem by students and staff.
Cultural Performances:
Patriotic Medley: Tiny tots, dressed in shades of the tricolor and few of them had dressed as Indian Army officer, India Navy officer, Indian Air force. They performed a synchronized action song to a medley of patriotic tunes.
Folk Dance: A short dance performance was showcased India’s “Unity in Diversity”.
Creative Activities:
Children engaged in tricolor-themed art, including finger painting and making paper-craft lotuses and kites.
Interactive storytelling sessions were held to explain the colors of the flag in simple terms.
The Pre primary Co- Ordinator’s Address: The Co- Ordinator delivered a brief, age-appropriate message about the importance of being responsible and kind “little citizens” of the country.
