













On the 9th of December, NIE Times of India organized an Art workshop for the Standard 5 section. Resource person Ms Dhrishti taught the students to make decorative paper torans. The students were asked to carry the materials required from home and they made beautiful floral torans by cutting and sticking leaves and flowers to a satin ribbon. It was a good learning experience for the boys.
On the 10th of December, NIE Times organized interactive workshops for the students of standard 8 and 9. The topic for standard 8 was ‘Building Positive Attitude and Self Esteem’ and for standard 9 ‘Aggression Management’. There were informative audio visuals and role play activities conducted by Mrs.Niru Chheda child psychologist and trainer and Ms.Alfa Siddiqui.
On the 11th of December, NIE Times organized an art work shop for the students of standard 7. The boys were taught to make photo frames. They made m-seal flowers, painted and designed their frames. The students enjoyed working individually as well as working in a huge group on their creative project. The time allotted was only an hour and a half. It was a crazy fun time watching them eager to learn the new technique and complete their frame.
On the 12th of December, NIE Times organized an art work shop for the students of Standard 6. The boys made colorful name plates under the guidance of Ms. Dhrishti Kapoor. It was indeed a very joyful experience as they sat in three groups each one busy with designing his own name plate as well as appreciating the creativity of his friend.
