Field trips are part of curriculum, where children can try new things, have different experiences, and learn valuable life lessons.
On 10th of December, 2022, Saturday primary students had a field trip in the school. A team of SpaceTrax Education came with a theme of “Life is adventure, live it.” The team had planned lot of excitement for the students to explore. Our head teacher along with our supervisor had arranged the students of class I to IV at different timings so that each class may accommodate in the given space and each student may come out with a learning outcome. The resource person gave information on space and how rockets are launched in Nasa. They also gave demo on miniature rocket and showed how to launched it. Many of students had a good experience on the rocket launched. Students also experienced a journey from dome to planetarium, where they got to learn on planets and comets.
It was an informative session for the students. At the end they were left a take away of a rocket craft and a red pouch.
