Notice is hereby given that the meeting of the Parents Teachers’ Association will be held on Friday, 18th March 2016 at 3.00 p.m. in the St. Mary’s High School Staff room.

1. To read an approve the minutes of the previous meeting.
2. April 2016 activities.
3. Student SPLASH 2016 programme.
4. Annual School Project – Exhibition 2016.
5. Gate passes for next year.
6. Canteen services to be improved.
7. PTA fees – Rs.50/-
8. Maintenance work undertaken – Information only.
9. Sports activities in Summer Holidays – May 2016.
10. DOB – to be sent in advance.
