Teacher Effectiveness Enhancement Programme – Pappal Seminary,Pune (Inigo Sadan,PG Block JD)
This report highlights the recent Teacher Effectiveness Enhancement Programme (TEEP) conducted in Pune’s PG Block at JD, Ramwadi ,Pune.
The program contucted and arranged by Secretariat for School Education (CSSE)spanned three days, during which we received intensive training on 12 essential teaching topics. Our experienced trainers Fr John Ravi ,Fr Tommy , Fr Conrad and Fr Anish provided guidance on how to effectively implement this program within our school.
In the coming weeks, we anticipate receiving detailed PowerPoint presentations via email, which will give us 14 days to thoroughly comprehend and strategize for the program’s integration into our school curriculum. The goal is to cover a total of 8 topics within the next 14 months, with a final deadline set for December 2024.
This initiative aims to enhance teacher effectiveness, ultimately improving the quality of education in our institution.
