On 1st February 2026, 140 enthusiastic students of St Maryโs High School (SSC), accompanied by 7 staff members, participated in the Terry Fox Run, a meaningful initiative supporting the fight against cancer. The 3 km run-walk began at Nariman Point (Air India Building) and concluded at Brabourne Stadium, with the iconic Marine Drive alive with energy and purpose.
Students from various schools came together, creating an inspiring atmosphere of unity, compassion, and social responsibility. The sight of young participants walking and running with determination reflected their commitment to the cause and their understanding of the importance of community service.
At the stadium, students were provided with a healthy snack, after which everyone dispersed, carrying with them memories of a lovely, positive, and motivating environment. The event truly reinforced the values of empathy, awareness, and active citizenship among our students.ย
